Hey there... I'm diggin the website! Brilliant idea.


You should do a routine for working moms who stay in hotels allot. Im traveling with pastor Tommy and it's a real challenge to not fall behind on workouts because when your in a hotel with no weight room what do you do.???!!


Ive tried everything from decline sit ups off the side of bed with somebody holding my legs.. to making a 60 lb waterbag with a couple black trash bags for doing curls and upright rows.. or decline pushups off back of chair..
