Welcome back to another round of Fitspo Friday. I hope you’ve had a great week! Now that the weekend has arrived (yay!!), please try to find some time to head outdoors, enjoy this beautiful weather, and fit in a good workout. And now for my favorite workout of the week. You know I’m a fan of the Tone It Up girls and am in the midst of their Fit for Fall Challenge, so I thought I’d share one of their workouts today:


So far I’ve done 40+ miles for their Fit for Fall Challenge and all the money I’ve earned has gone towards the charity Every Mother Counts. If you’re doing the challenge, too, then keep up the great work! Each mile makes a difference.
