If you’re anything like me, now is the time of year when you start to fall off the fitness wagon. Beach days are over, grilling out is a nightly occurrence, and we’re slowly but surely losing daylight hours. I call this the “end of summer workout rut.\u201d


At times like these, there is one thing I can count on to get me motivated: A calorie-blasting, fat-torching, butt-kicking cardio workout. The best part? An intense cardio routine can be completed with little to no equipment.
